Pricing

The average quilt is about 24-30 shirt sides: $600-$800

-
$32 for Large images (any dimension over 16")
-
$27 for Full size (both dimensions measure 7 or more)
-
$14 for Half size images (only one of the dimensions is smaller than 6)
-
$7 for small graphics (both dimensions are smaller than 6)
-
$6 each for patches to be added.
-
$30 for a solid 2 colored borders to be added. Border colors are up to you!
-
$45 for Minky/Cuddle back. This will add a soft and fluffy backing to your quilt. Minky does make the quilt very heavy and warm if you (or your recipient) are cold natured.
There is a $200 deposit due upon scheduling of your appointment.

Example of sample quilt cost:

27 images that are 15" square: 27x27= $729 + $30 for border= $759 pre tax
Important prep work

-
Please make sure clothing is clean/washed. This includes new and never worn items, as they may bleed or warp the first time wash and we don't want this happening in your quilt!
-
Do not use fabric softener as it can make the stabilizer not stick well to the shirts
-
Please do not cut your shirts! This is part of the process, and we are so happy to do this for you
-
Sadly, there are some items that do not work well with tshirt quilts (the longarm gets a little cranky with these items)
-
Denim or super thick material
-
Shirts that have bling or metal aspects
-
Anything not tolerant of heat used to stabilize the fabric such as tulle and some costumes
-
Baseball caps

What works well?

-
T-shirts, sweatshirts
-
Baby Clothing (we remove the zipper as anything metal does not work well in the quilt)
-
Patches
-
Jerseys/Dry-wick shirts
-
Sports uniforms-buttons will be removed and the shirt sewn together
